The blogger's back

Well its been quite a long time since I last posted. Primarily because Ive been having problems with my internet connection.

I really love the new TV. Yes it has arrived. It arrived on wednesday afternoon, and I unpacked it and set it all up on thursday.

Im going to buy a new movie with my HMV Gift Card. I'm not sure which one yet though. I'll be getting it next friday.

The NVIDIA GeForce 8800 series of video cards has been released. It looks really amazing.

New TV!

Well Ive just got the new TV!!! Its a Sony Trinitron 27" CRT flat-Screen Model... It isn't actually here yet because best buy will have to deliver it... It'll actually be here on wednesday. It is very nice.

We got it with a three-year warranty. In total it was around 500$ CAD. It was an open-box product actually. So the price was significantly decreased...

I went taking some pictures a few days ago. But I haven't transferred them to my laptop yet... I'll take a few more when the weather gets nicer... Then I'll transfer them. I took a couple shots of some birds...

I have just downloaded Skype. I have used it to talk to my dad who is in taiwan. And talk to regular phones from my laptop.... I had used it before on my old computer. I had dial-up internet back then, so I really couldn't use it on such a connection. But I decided to download it again to see how it worked on my current, faster connection. I have been using a head-set with built-in mike to chat.

Wow. Really busy week...

All of my days this week are going to be totally full... I wont be at home at all...

At the party yesterday I was helping hand out candy to the trick-or-treating kids. I also ate a pizza. I took some photos of the two cats that were there. They were brother and sister actually, but they certainly did not look similar... The female one was all black and the male one was striped, and spotted.... They were nice cats. Rather greedy though actually.

It would really be nice if blogger had emoticons... Sometimes I wish that I could use them.

I promise you that I will have some photo's posted on here by next week!!! When I was at the party yesterday my camera started showing the low-battery power indicator. So I got 4 new ones immediately afterwards. My camera accepts four standard AA-size alkaline batteries, or Ni-MH rechargeables. I had taken over 300 shots on those old batteries. With some LCD screen, and flash use...

It raining a lot when I had left yesterday night, but it had cleared up at around 6:00PM.

Its getting a lot colder now. However the sky and weather right now is really nice...

Im nearing my 200th post on my blog. Now there is the november archive... My blog has really been growing. I had started it at the end of march 2006.

On monday the Vista development team revealed the new office 2007 retail packaging.

This is a totally redesigned packaging totally unlike the standard CD case....

Right now only MS Office 2007 Pro, Office Home 2007, Office Student 2007, Windows Vista Home Basic, Ultimate, and Business editions of vista have been revealed.
